TI  - A Study on the Cooperation of Rural Development Between China and Korea - Focus on the Policies of Nonghyup and Agro-healing

AB  - The Strategy of Rural development is an important part of China's 14th Five-Year Order, and it is a strategic starting point for the construction of new rural villages by solving the issues related with agriculture, farmer and rural area of China. Recently, scholars who study Korea's 'Saemaul Undong' are very interested in its role in the balanced development of industry and agriculture. However, there is a less studies on socioeconomic organization. Socioeconomic organizations are contributing greatly to the development and practice of rural areas at home and abroad and it is necessary for us to pay more attention to. In this paper, focusing on multifunctional rural organizations, the rapid development of Nonghyup after the 'Saemaeul Movement' in Korea, the construction in terms of comprehensive functions is introduced and the function of socio-economic organization was analysed. In the last part, we also analyze the Agro-healing policy of Korea and its roles, and provide specific suggestions on the future agricultural cooperation between China and South Korea.
